The site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Its rehabilitation and continued presence as a landmark in the Schnitzleburg and Germantown neighborhoods is key. Lazarus LLC is assisting the site ownership and redevelopment team to ensure the site and its legacy is preserved, and its role as a catalyst for future investment in the neighborhood is possible.
